The best time to head towards these gorgeous islands is between January and mid-May. The weather during these months stays sunny with cool winds. Monsoon hits Andaman and Nicobar in late May and lasts till July. It is not a good time to relish the charms of this beach destination as strong winds, heavy rains, humidity and restricted access to beaches make it difficult for holidaymakers to relish their holiday in peace. The months from August till December also bring in light showers and are thus, not ideal those visiting here to partake in underwater activities.
