The museum exhibits impressive wood carvings, metalwork and some magnificent embroidered textiles and remarkable tie-dyed quilts. Calico Museum of Textiles is another famous museum of Ahmedabad known for housing a fine collection of antique and modern Indian textiles. Visitors get awe-struck with the fine looking Kashmiri shawls displayed in the museum made with double-ikat cloths using 100,000 threads.
