History enthusiasts also love spending time at the renowned Ganga Singh Museum and Sadul Singh Museum which exhibit souvenirs of the past, including paintings, pottery, weapons, artifacts, etc.
Do not miss exploring the sprawling Gajner Wildlife Sanctuary, which is about 32kms from Bikaner. The Sanctuary is home to a number of animals, including Chinkara (black buck), wild boar and neelgai. One can also spot numerous varieties of birds here which find shelter in the sanctuary’s rich flora and fauna.
By Air: Bikaner does not have its own airport; however, the closest airport to the city is the Jodhpur Airport, which serves both domestic and international flights.
By Rail: Bikaner has two railheads- Bikaner Junction and Lalgarh Railway Station.
